Key Responsibilities: Provide chat, email support to resolve user problems with proactive troubleshooting. Work and communicate with cross-functional teams using various channels of internal communication regarding Partner issues. Required Skills: - Candidate must have excellent English writing skills. - Candidate must have strong internet knowledge (Web browsers, search engines, email platforms, shortcuts, etc).
